Returns Policy
We have a 30 days no questions asked return policy. If you are unhappy for any reason request an RMA below. Braun shavers are refunded separately by Braun's own satisfaction policy.
To return an item:
1) Click Here to open the RMA FORM.
2) You will receive an email with return instructions within 2 business days.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Shipping methods and rates
Most orders ship on the same day or next business day that the order is placed.
Orders ship via US Postal for most small items and either US Postal or UPS for heavier orders. At present we ship to the United States and Canada. Be aware that any item with flammable liquid or aerosol spray must ship via UPS ground and can not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or Canada.
Every order will have a tracking order that will be emailed to you once the order has shipped.

All orders to Canada are via US postal and destination and weight based.
